Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver creative and engaging lessons
- Support students with individual and group learning, helping them overcome challenges
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment
- Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students
- Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic classroom
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners academically and emotionally
- No prior experience required - full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for new Teaching Assistants or graduates looking to get into education
