Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for an Engineering Inspector on permanent basics for one of our prestigious client based in Swindon.Rotating shift Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 and early finish on Fridays (13:00/19:00)Salary £33000-£34500 per year (including 20% shift allowance) DOEMain Duties:
  • Supporting engineering operations predominantly on CNC machines
  • Full check after each batch
  • Calibration of measuring equipment
  • Quality checks
Ideal candidate:
  • Previous experience in turning, milling or other mechanical experience including engineering apprenticeship.
  • Understanding of engineering drawings
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of CMM machines will be desirable.
