Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineerto join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for aMulti Skilled Electrical Engineerwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,you willprovide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

TheMulti Skilled Electrical Engineer,will be responsible for:

  • Providingreactive and planned pro-active maintenance services for operational assets
  • Covering electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
  • This includes modifications, installations, and liaising with contractors.
  • Your work will adhere to high-quality standards, legal requirements, and company policies.
  • Additionally, you'll maximize equipment availability, offer technical support, and ensure safety and compliance.
  • Provide a reactive and planned pro-active maintenance (PPM) service as per project requirements to all operational assets.
  • We well require Flexibilityin work hours to provide cover if required for holidays and sickness absence and participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours.
  • Proactively walk the floors, reporting any maintenance or H&S issues to the helpdesk and appropriate manager.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer role you must have:

  • City and Guilds 18th editionPreferable
  • Criticalenvironments experience preferable
  • Experience of working withincommercial/ industrialproperties and installation.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and its application within role.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise own workload.
  • Good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
