Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche Business with its HQ in central Swindon (near the train / bus stations), to recruit an experienced HR / OD Consultant on an initial 6 month FTC to start ASAP.

We are looking for an experienced HR / OD Consultant to support an organisational transformation initiative. The role focuses on organisational design and development, implementing a new target operating model (TOM) and managing consultation and redundancy processes if / where required in compliance with UK employment law.

About the role:

  • Work closely with the Head of HR and Programme Director to design and implement a new target operating model
  • Conduct an organisational review to optimise structures and processes based on the new strategy and capabilities required to support the implementation
  • Manage consultation processes if / where required, including redundancy or restructuring, ensuring legal compliance and employee engagement
  • Provide expert guidance on change management, workforce planning and transition strategies
  • Develop communication plans for organisational changes in collaboration with the programme leadership team
  • Monitor the impact of changes, recommending adjustments as needed

About you:

  • Extensive experience in organisational design and development, target operating model implementation and HR transformation
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and proven expertise in handling consultation and redundancy processes
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive with demonstrable ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • CIPD Level 5 or higher (or equivalent experience)
