International Relocation Consultant
  • Location: Swindon, SN5
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM until 5:15 PM
  • Remote Work: Fully remote, with an office hub available in Swindon if preferred

Join our team as an International Relocation Consultant and play a key role in managing the relocation process for our clients. This position is ideal for a proactive and quick-thinking individual who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their relocation journey.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the relocation process from start to finish.
  • Manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the relocation process are handled promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Utilize organizational skills to keep track of all relocation details and client communications.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and standards to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-stress situations effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
  • Must be confident, proactive, and always thinking ahead.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be based in the UK and comfortable with remote working arrangements.
