Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for Operations Coordinator

This is the perfect role for someone who has travel or events experience and looking for work for a professional established company

DAY TO DAY:

  • Creating new tour product
  • Conducting site inspections and completing risk assessments
  • Maintaining and updating the tour database
  • Ensuring the business calendar is always kept up to date
  • Creating and completing company proposals
  • Booking and confirming of all relevant services with suppliers
  • Costing all company products and taking responsibility for the operational profitability of services provided
  • Maintaining clear and accurate operation documents
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers and local tourism initiatives
  • Liaising with staff to finalise numbers and requirements
  • Attend calls as required and oversee operations at the pier including the supervision of guides, coach drivers and any other casual staff

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel within the UK
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications with intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience ideally in the travel or events industry would be preferred
  • Possess a full, clean driving license with the confidence to drive to various locations

Full Time - Monday - Friday

Salary -£28,000 per annum
