 A great opportunity has become available with a well regarded client that works in the high end beauty product sector as their training and events administrator.

  • Based: Shrivenham
  • Full time, permanent
  • Salary: £27,500 PA + £1k company bonus
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm office based

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of model recruitment, database and communication for all events
  • Management of sending and retrieving required materials for events and training
  • Management of customer service and delegate communication pre and post event
  • Processing of payments in relation to event bookings and project management
  • Liaise with sales force on delegates registering to training or events

Candidate Ideals

The ideal candidate will have travel booking and customer service experience. If you are organised and a strong communicator, this could be the role for you!
