Are you a Production Operative, CNC machine minder, Engineering Operative or similar looking to join an industry leading manufacturer who can offer industry related skills based training, progression within the business and great work life balance?

This long standing manufacturer are experts within their industry, and have been supplying the UK and a global client base with machined components and assemblies for over 50 years. Due to extended growth and increased demand for their services, they are looking for an additional Production/ CNC Support Operative to provide effective support to the Production team.

In this role you will be working across the wider Production/ Manufacturing department helping to support operations across the board. Your duties will including supporting CNC machine function, on-line product inspection, benchwork and some minor assembly work.

This role would ideally suit a Production Operative, CNC machine minder, Engineering Operative or similar, looking for a role offering challenge, variety and the opportunity to develop within an industry leading company.

The Role:

  • Production/ CNC Support Operative
  • Supporting the production department across the board
  • CNC machine function, on-line product inspection, benchwork and some minor assembly work
  • Double Days:
  • Early Shift: Mon to Thursday: 6AM-2PM Friday: 6AM-1PM
  • Late Shift: Mon to Thursday: 2PM-10:15PM Friday: 6AM-1PM


The Person:

  • Experience within the manufacturing industry
  • Basic production based skills
  • Basic engineering knowledge/ experience
  • Looking for progression and work life balance
  • Commutable from Swindon, Cirencester, Oxford, Chippenham, Calne and the surrounding areas
