  • Pertemps Swindon is seeking 3 production operatives for a client in Swindon.
  • Candidates must have previous experience in operating machines and manufacturing.
  • The initial working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 with a pay rate of £11.86 for the first 12 weeks.
  • After 12 weeks, the shift will rotate between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, with a pay rate of £12.25 plus a shift allowance.
  • A pay review is scheduled for April, and strong communication skills along with good practical skills are essential.
Pertemps Swindon are currently looking for 3 production operatives to join our client based in Swindon.Previous experience in operating machines and manufacturing essential to apply!!!!Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00 for first 12 weeks with pay £11.86Monday to Friday rotating shift 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 after 12 weeks with pay £12.25 plus shift allowance.There will be a pay review in April.Main duties:
  • Operating machinery in safety manner
  • Preparing components for further processing
  • Reporting equipment faults
  • Maintain clean working environment
  • Following Operating Procedures
Right candidate:
  • Proven previous machining or manufacturing experience
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Be able to work towards KPI in safely manner
  • Be comfortable to perform repetitive tasks
  • Good practical skills
