About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team. You will be involved in the assembly and production of a unique, world-leading automated sports product used in golf facilities across the globe. This is a hands-on role in a supportive environment where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical and electronic components to a high standard

  • Follow detailed production instructions and technical drawings

  • Carry out quality control checks throughout the production process

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment

  • Support the team in meeting production targets and deadlines

  • Assist with stock control and packing of finished products for delivery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing role preferred but not essential - full training will be provided

  • A good eye for detail and a methodical approach to work

  • Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage

  • A team player with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

  • Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate loads
