Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Swindon SN2Job Type: Full-TimeSalary: £12.21Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
About the Role:We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join a dynamic and growing manufacturing team. You will be involved in the assembly and production of a unique, world-leading automated sports product used in golf facilities across the globe. This is a hands-on role in a supportive environment where attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are key.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical and electronic components to a high standard

Follow detailed production instructions and technical drawings

Carry out quality control checks throughout the production process

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Support the team in meeting production targets and deadlines

Assist with stock control and packing of finished products for delivery
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing role preferred but not essential - full training will be provided

A good eye for detail and a methodical approach to work

Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is an advantage

A team player with a strong work ethic

Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods and lifting light to moderate loads
