We have an opportunity for a number of brokers to join a well established business that's looking to grow it's mortgage division. There are hundreds of remortgage clients to plug into from day 1, along with a consistent supply of high quality leads.

They have a genuine focus on providing an honest and ethical service to their clients and empower their employees to do what they do best...provide great advice.

Our client specialises in the HNW / Mass Affluent market and is seeking someone they can trust to manage this calibre of business and be the main point of contact across the region. With guaranteed consistent business the earning potential is significant.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a proven Mortgage Adviser and ideally have some experience in the HNW market, strong knowledge of mortgage products and the lending market, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and manage a client book, and the flexibility to work from home. They will also have a good understanding of the current market trends and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to clients based on these trends.

- Cemap qualified and experience of providing whole of maret mortgage advice

- Honesty and integrity and a focus on providing a best in class service

- A professional approach and excellent communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone

- Self-motivated and a desire to succeed

- Ability to demonstrate drive and an ambition to carve out a successful career within financial services
