  Key responsibilities for this Mortgage Advisor role
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer services expectations
  • Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
  • Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself
  • Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress free experience
  • Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends
Skills and experience for this Mortgage Advisor role
  • Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected
  • CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction
  • Minimum 24-months experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within Specialist Lending
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
