Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Team Workflow Management: Collaborate with the Audit Manager to manage the team’s workflow.Accounts Preparation & Review: Prepare and review accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships using cloud-based systems.VAT & Bookkeeping Management: Oversee VAT and bookkeeping services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Team Supervision: Supervise, delegate, and review the work of the team, including outsourced resources in the UK and South Africa.Client Communication: Maintain timely and effective communication with clients.Project Involvement: Assist partners with ad-hoc project work.

Qualifications & Skills:

ACA/ACCA Qualified: A minimum of 3 years of practice experience is essential (qualification by experience will also be considered).Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards.Analytical & Communication Skills: Excellent attention to detail, with strong verbal and written communication skills.Software Proficiency: Familiarity with bookkeeping software, particularly cloud-based systems like Sage, QuickBooks, and Xero.Commercial Awareness: Demonstrate business insight and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (not essential): Experience with IRIS and MyWorkPapers.
