Job Purpose
  • Supporting the management and development of a portfolio of clients, ensuring their audit needs are met from planning to completion
  • Demonstrating strong people management skills, including delegation, motivation, and support, to ensure the team’s success
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients, using your business network to support the firm’s growth initiatives
  • Ensuring that the firm’s quality control procedures and professional standards are consistently met
  • Providing an efficient and proactive service to clients, anticipating their needs and addressing issues promptly
  • Participating in tenders and proposals for new work, contributing to the growth and development of the firm
  • Developing work from existing clients and participating in broader marketing and business development activities
  • Focusing on self-development and continuing professional education to stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Consulting with colleagues and Partners on technical and risk matters, providing insights and recommendations
  • Supporting the team as a player while also working independently to drive results
