Robert Half are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a global organisation based in Swindon to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders internally across Europe and Asia, and requires a commercially astute qualified accountant.

The role

The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of duties requiring them to be hands on whilst also capable of partnering with senior stakeholders. This role would suit someone who has proven business partnering/FP&A experience with at least 4 years post qualified experience. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the EMEA & APAC Managing Directors and Commercial Team in analysing the profitability and capacity in the region.
  • Financial consolidation and analysis of EMEA-APAC revenue, profit and capex monthly.
  • Assisting in the preparation of detailed quarterly forecasts.
  • Leading on projects to support with transformation and change.
  • Management of the annual business plan process
  • Assist with investment appraisals.
  • Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Managing a team of 3.
  • Quarterly travel overseas when required.

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following skills/attributes:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 4+ years post qualified experience.
  • Experience of working for a global business in a commercial capacity (business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
  • Line management experience.
