Head of FP&A

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic Head of FP&A to drive our company’s financial strategy and contribute significantly to our overall success. This role is a crucial part of our finance management team and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior executives including the CFO and CEO. You will be instrumental in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful commercial analysis across the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
  • Lead on financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, including business and revenue models.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior team members and functional leadership.
  • Prepare and present financial forecasts and analyses to the senior team.
  • Undertake monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, including preparation of variance reporting.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Collaborate with wider business to suggest process improvements for detailed and accurate financial reporting.
  • Budget presentation.
  • Generate and expand upon P&L insights for management, identifying opportunities and providing follow-up analyses and recommendations.
  • Conduct various financial modelling scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A.
  • Proven experience managing and developing a team.
  • Self-starter and detail-oriented with extensive modelling experience.
  • Expert Excel skills, including advanced modelling and data analytics.
  • Highly analytical with exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented, organised, efficient, and resourceful, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
