The Role:
As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end management accounts process while also acting as a key business partner to non-financial stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include preparing management accounts, contributing to month-end activities, and providing financial insights to assist with commercial decision-making.

You will be involved in:

  • Preparing and delivering accurate management accounts.
  • Collaborating with non-finance staff to provide guidance on budgets and financial performance.
  • Leading month-end activities and ensuring financial processes run smoothly.
  • Providing strategic support to help shape key commercial decisions and drive business growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
To thrive in this role, you should be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with a proven background in producing end-to-end management accounts. You will also need to be confident in finance business partnering, with the ability to communicate financial data to non-financial stakeholders and help drive business decisions.
