25,000 - 30,000 (DOE) +23 days holiday per year (increasing 1 day for following two years until 25 days per year are reached) Plus bank holidays + Pension +Training & development

Swindon, commutable from Cirencester, Oxford, Chippenham, Calne and surrounding areas

Are you an Administrator with experience supporting a sales or customer service team, seeking a new role with a company at the forefront of their industry who have a great reputation in the area for looking after their passionate & loyal employees?

On offer is an office based role where you will work alongside a close-knit team to add support to the Sales & Customer Service teams.

This fantastic company are a bespoke provider of high-performance parts and components to the motorsport sector and do a lot of work for F1. Due to a very full order book & continued growth they are now looking to add an experienced Administrator in to their permanent team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high performing Administrator who is organised & able to multitask, whilst offering exceptional levels of customer service to loyal clients within the industry.

This role would suit an Administrator with experience supporting sales or customer service teams looking to work for a company who are at the forefront of their industry in a varied and interesting role within a passionate team.

The Role:

  • Office based position offering support to the sales & customer service functions
  • Customer facing - dealing with enquiries & upselling of services & products
  • Processing orders, maintaining records
  • Monday -Friday (days)


The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an Administration support role, ideally within sales or customer service teams
  • High work ethic & well organised with the ability to multitask
  • Willingness to learn with good attention to detail / accuracy
