Role Overview: A cover supervisor is a vital member of the school staff who steps in during teacher absences. They ensure continuity of learning by managing classrooms, supporting students, and maintaining a positive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Classroom Management: Supervise students in the absence of regular teachers, following pre-prepared lesson plans.
• Behavior and Discipline: Maintain order, address disruptions, and enforce school policies.
• Student Engagement: Encourage active participation and motivate students to complete assigned tasks.
• Communication: Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and students as needed.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behavior.

Qualifications:
