Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will be:

Manage the behaviour of students to ensure they are working in a constructive learning environment
Act as a role model and develop positive working relationships with Students and other members of staff
Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
Establish rapport quickly with students

Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:

Previous experience working with young people
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A passion and commitment to support students in their learning
A degree in any subject (Preferable)
