Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor will be:

  • Manage the behaviour of students to ensure they are working in a constructive learning environment
  • Act as a role model and develop positive working relationships with Students and other members of staff
  • Supervise pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers
  • Establish rapport quickly with students

Ideal Cover Supervisor will have:

  • Previous experience working with young people
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A passion and commitment to support students in their learning
  • A degree in any subject (Preferable)
