The role involves overseeing lessons and supporting student learning while maintaining high standards for behaviour during teacher absences.

Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
- Manage student behaviour to create a productive learning environment.
- Act as a role model and build positive working relationships with students and staff.
- Supervise pre-assigned lessons during teacher absences.
- Quickly establish rapport with students.
- Be flexible in covering various subjects across KS3 and KS4.
Ideal Cover Supervisor Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a school setting or working with young people.
- Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for supporting students in their learning.
- Ability to maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- A degree in any subject.
