Job Title: CRM (Hubspot) Technical Lead
Salary: Up to £60,000
Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite in Swindon
Role Purpose:
Are you a HubSpot expert with a knack for innovation? Our client is looking for a CRM Technical Lead to drive their HubSpot CRM implementation, with a strong focus on the Marketing Hub. In this role, you'll play a key part in training and supporting theirCountry Marketing Teams, helping them maximize HubSpot’s capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM Implementation: Drive the technical setup and maintenance of HubSpot, focusing on the Marketing Hub and Leads
- System Customisation: Tailor HubSpot to meet our business needs through configuration and customisation
- Rollout Management: Support the rollout of HubSpot across CFOC businesses Globally
- Data Management: Guide Country Teams on best practices for data management
- User Support: Manage user roles, permissions, and workflows, providing top-notch support
- Reporting Expertise: Utilize your strong knowledge in reporting and data sets
- Training Programs: Develop and deliver training for Country Marketing teams, both in-person (UK based) and virtually (Globally)
- Campaign Optimisation: Collaborate with Marketing teams to enhance campaigns and automation processes
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve any technical issues related to HubSpot
- Stay Updated: Keep updated of the latest HubSpot features and best practices for potential future innovations for our account
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for processes, procedures, and training materials
Skills & Knowledge:
- HubSpot Mastery: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, especially the Marketing Hub, with 2+ years of experience
- Marketing Proficiency: Skilled in Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and Social Media management
