Specialising in care for young people with learning, emotional, and behavioral difficulties, this role offers a unique chance to lead in a therapeutic community. This role is ideal for either an experienced Deputy Manager or a Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Manager in daily operations
Ensure the home exceeds Children’s Home Regulations 2015 standards
Foster strong, empathetic relationships with young people and their families
Lead and develop the staff team
Promote team wellbeing and reflective practice
Oversee meaningful supervision and therapeutic training for staff
Maintain accurate, reflective paperwork
Key Qualifications:
Experience in either a Childrens Home/School or Nursery
Understanding of Trauma Informed Care
Ideally a Level 3 NVQ diploma in Residential Childcare
Strong leadership and communication skills
UK Driving License
Clear DBS and positive references
