Location: Swindon, DorcanShift (Rotational):

• 8 am - 4pm
• 10 am - 6 pm

Pay Rate: £12 per hour + DOE

Storm Recruitment is seeking a skilled Goods In/Goods Out Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence to join a warehouse team in Swindon. This role involves handling and moving car batteries, so experience with heavy lifting and warehouse logistics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound goods, including loading, unloading, and organizing stock.
• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to transport and store car batteries safely.
• Conduct accurate stock checks and ensure inventory records are up-to-date.
• Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence with practical experience.
• Reach Forklift licence is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a Goods In/Goods Out role or similar warehouse environment.
• Capability to perform heavy lifting, specifically with car batteries.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
