Head of Sales & Marketing - Swindon - 80k + OTE
Platform Recruitment have partnered witha cutting-edge engineering company developing world-class electrical solutions.They are looking to take on a Head of Sales & Marketing to grow revenues and profits by generating new opportunities.
The ideal candidate will come from an electrical or power background and have the abilitytohelpshape the strategic development of the company.
Key responsibilities:
+Conduct regular customer visits
+ Deliver accurate sales forecasts
+ Key account management and client relationship building
+ Market analysis and new customer acquisition
Key skills:
+ An experienced leader of marketing and sales.
+ Familiar with tendering and bid management
+ Strong business developmentexperience
+ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
The salary on offer will be up to 80k dependent on experience with great company benefits including bonuses.
