Are you a Health & Safety Administrator or similar with a background in Document Control? Are you looking to join a growing consultancy where you will play a key role in maintaining and developing high-quality management systems, be part of a tight-knit company culture where you are not just a number and given the flexibility to work remotely?

On offer is the chance to join a well-respected Health and Safety consultancy who provide outsourced Advisors and Principle Design Consultants across multiple industries including construction, heavy manufacturing and waste management, delivering safe, compliant, and forward-thinking solutions.

In this role, you will review and update QHSE documentation and management systems, assist in the draft and control of documents, assist clients with SSIP accreditations and PPQs and deliver a high quality service to the companies growing client list. You will be given the ability to work fully remote with added flexibility and the opportunity to play a key role in the company.

This role would suit a Health & Safety Administrator or similar with a background in Document Control, looking to work for a great company to work for, who offer flexibility and stability as well as the ability to work from home full time.

The Role

  • Review and update SHEQ management systems
  • Assist with SSIP accreditations and compliance documentation
  • Maintain document control and ensure regulatory alignment
  • Collaborate with consultants and clients to tailor management systems
  • Monday to Friday - remote position


The Person

  • Health & Safety Administrator or similar
  • Background in Document Control
  • Commutable to Swindon for rare office visits
