We have a fixed term contract for a HR administrator in a professional services environment who have multiple sites across the South West. If you have experience in an HR environment and want to get stuck in to a meaty role where you can develop and grow, this could be perfect for you!

FTC: 12 month maternity cover

Salary: £26-£28k PA

Based: Swindon

Hybrid: 3 days in office 2 from home

What will I be doing?

In this role you will be offering a customer focused service to colleagues as part of a strong HR team.

The successful candidate will have exceptional organisation skills, pro-active, able to thrive in an extremely busy fast paced role, excellent attention to detail, and have experience in an HR software with a keen desire to learn systems.

There is a huge investment in an new HR software next year so you will be keen learn to super user level.

This is a fantastic all round role that has loads of scope for personal development.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection
  • Learning and development- supporting Trainees
  • HR Administration
  • HR Advisory (process/policy application)

Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications

  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, good time management and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 
  • High attention to detail. 
  • A role model for values and behaviours: Integrity, Client Focused, Respectful, Innovative, Collaborative, Approachable. 
  • The ability to prioritise and work for multiple stakeholders, providing an outstanding service. 
  • Knowledge and experience gained working in an HR environment is essential. 
  • Recruitment experience of handling various roles using agencies and direct recruitment.

Knowledge of PeopleHR or Humaans would be really useful but not essential
