We are supporting our client in creating a new team of 4 for a project that will revolutionise their sales strategy! We are currently hiring for 5 dynamic sales people. The successful candidates will bring solid internal sales gained within a technical or medical industry.

  • This is a hybrid position, with 2-3 days working in our office.
  • 33 days holiday including 8 bank holidays

  • £35k - £42k PA Basic plus up to £30k PA commission
  • Customer Focus: The customer are hospitals, so you will be working with customers that need your product. You will be using phone, video call and email to connect with leads.
  • New Business Focus: This role is all about building long-term relationships and customising offers to meet the unique needs of the customers.
  • Growth Opportunity: This project is focused on creating sales hubs internally, providing a fantastic opportunity for professional development and growth.

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualities:

  • Inside Sales Experience: Previous experience in inside sales and a passion for leveraging virtual tools for sales
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills over phone and video calls
  • Results Oriented: Commercial, customer-focused, and able to build lasting relationships
  • Continuous Learner: Capacity for multitasking and a desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with digital channels and standard computer tools, experience with a CRM system preferred

In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying sales opportunities, preparing customised offers, and negotiating contracts with customers. You will also develop account plans, engage with stakeholders, and present our value proposition through digital channels like virtual demos and video conferencing.

  • (Inside) Sales Experience and enthusiasm for leveraging virtual tools/channel for Sales and strong presentation / communication skills over phone & video calls
  • Commercial, customer and results orientation, with an account management mindset and ability to build long-term relationships over time
  • Excellent communication, oral and written skills
  • Capacity for multitasking and passion to continuously learn
  • Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from an inside sales channel

— Preferred: experience using sales tools (e.g., [CRM SYSTEM], analytics & reporting, etc.)

  • Positive assessment of (i) experience in customer care and sales, especially in digital channels; (ii) complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling and social networks

Given your end-to-end ownership of inside sales tasks, you will be expected to proactively identify sales opportunities to uncover potential leads and opportunities for growth. You will also be expected to prepare offers and proposals customized to the specific needs of potential customers, and to negotiate and close contracts with customers. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive account plans, identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, and developing activities to present our value proposition to potential clients through digital channels (e.g., virtual demos, videoconferencing, online chat, telephone calls).Open to experienced or a grad with potentialMost important is coachability and commerciall mindedThey encourage candidates to talk about things they are not great at to assess their coachability. This has been a challenge so farInterview process is 1 remotely with regional sales manager then 1 onsite with RSM and someone else from team.Salary is £35 - 42k basic with up to £30k commission based on territory performance. This has proven lucrative so far8.30am - 4.30pm with 45 mins for lunch
