In this role, you will assist with pre-construction information gathering, oversee design risk registers, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with CDM 2015 regulations. You will contribute to the creation of high-quality documentation and participate in occasional site visits, playing a crucial role in maintaining safety standards and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

This role would suit a Junior Principal Designer with a NEBOSH / IOSH qualification, seeking to further their career within a dynamic consultancy, working on diverse projects with opportunities for professional growth and development.

The Role

  • Mon - Fri 8am-5pm
  • Support pre-construction processes and stakeholder communication
  • Manage and update design risk registers
  • Collaborate with the Principal Design Team to ensure CDM compliance
  • Contribute to project documentation aligned with the Building Safety Act
  • Participate in occasional site visits to ensure project standards

The Person

  • Junior Principal Designer or similar
  • NEBOSH-certified with foundational understanding of CDM 2015
  • Full UK driving license and willing to travel for site visits
