We have partnered with a mid-market boutique firm located in Swindon in their search for an entrepreneurial and ambitious M&A Associate to operate within their Corporate Finance team.

As an M&A Associate you will assist the team in identifying opportunities to enhance growth and the delivery of services to clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Helping draft information memorandums
  • Working on M&A mandates from inception to completion
  • Assisting in preparing and pitching presentations
  • Reporting to managers to facilitate both buy-side and sell-side deals

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant and / or relevant work experience
  • Understanding of PowerPoint and Excel
  • Motivated to work in the CF space
