Academics Ltd is partnering with a highly regarded secondary school in Swindon, looking for a talented Modern Foreign Language (MFL) Teacher to join their dynamic team in September! Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality MFL lessons across KS3 to KS5 (French, Spanish, German or other languages)
• Inspiring and motivating students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations of all students
• Adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners and creating an inclusive learning environment
• Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and subject knowledge
• Contributing to the school community and shaping the vision for modern language education

We are looking for an MFL Teacher who:

• Has a passion for teaching Modern Foreign Languages and promoting cultural awareness
• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) with a PGCE in MFL or equivalent (desirable)
• Has the ability to teach French, Spanish, German, or other languages at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a plus)
• Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
• Is committed to their own professional growth and enjoys working within a collaborative team environment
• Possesses a flexible and proactive approach to teaching
