Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer HVAC - FM contract across schools in Swindon. £40 - £50k. 37.5 hours a week

You will carry out planned and reactive building services maintenance in several schools across Swindon.You will maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems and building fabric repair in assigned buildings.You could be asked to over see any subcontractors that happen to be on site, carry out building audits and minor fabric works across the sites.
