We are currently seeking a multi skilled maintenance person to join our clients team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working as part of a mobile maintenance and repair team at various properties in Swindon and the surrounding areas.

Details:

  • Role: Multi-skilled maintenance person
  • Days: Monday - Friday (Day shift)
  • Hours: 20-40 hours per week (Average 35 hours) with overtime available
  • Location: Swindon - This is a mobile job role so driving licence essential
  • Pay: £12.50 - £14.00 Dependent on experience and skill set

Job Role:

  • Completing property maintenance & gardening repairs.
  • Providing excellent customer service while interacting with staff & contractors.

Requirements:

  • Effective communications with fellow team members, contractors & customers
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role desirable but not essential
  • Full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Problem solving and good attention to detail needed
  • Willingness to learn new skills and trades
