We are currently seeking a multi skilled maintenance person to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working as part of a mobile maintenance and repair team at various properties in Swindon and the surrounding areas.
Details:
- Role: Multi-skilled maintenance person
- Days: Monday - Friday (Day shift)
- Hours: 20-40 hours per week (Average 35 hours) with overtime available
- Location: Swindon - This is a mobile job role so driving licence essential
- Pay: £12.50 - £14.00 Dependent on experience and skill set
Job Role:
- Completing property maintenance & gardening repairs.
- Providing excellent customer service while interacting with staff & contractors.
Requirements:
- Effective communications with fellow team members, contractors & customers
- Previous experience in a maintenance role desirable but not essential
- Full driving licence is essential as this is a mobile role
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem solving and good attention to detail needed
- Willingness to learn new skills and trades
