As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance work in occupied housing
- Minor plumbing swaps and repairs
- Boxing in pipes, tiling, and patching
- Minor carpentry repairs
The successful Multi Trader will:
- Be competent in basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
- Hold a full current driving license
- Have their own hand tools
The experience required for the Multi Trader role:
- Ability to complete basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
- Tiling and patching experience
- Previous experience in domestic or social housing repairs
