Impression Recruitment are excited to be working with a multi-award-winning business in the Automotive field, who are environmentally conscious and have been awarded Carbon Neutral status. Our client is a well-established company with a number of branches operating across the UK, who are now seeking a Panel Beater at their new base in Swindon! They operate with a forward-thinking nature and invest in the training of their employees for increased personal development and to ensure a top-level service they pride themselves on. Both qualified and unqualified candidates will be considered if experience is from a very similar position/background. Duties as a Panel Beater:
  • Repairing damaged vehicles
  • Dismantling vehicles
  • Repairing or replacing vehicle parts
  • Adhering to standards and safety procedures
  • Attending relevant training courses
  • Following manufacturers guidelines
  • Working closely with other technicians
  • Ensure strong customer satisfaction and care
  • Maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of company equipment
  • Any the suitable tasks relevant to the job post
Skills:
  • Experience in a Panel Beater or Accident Repair position (essential)
  • Qualified in Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) or qualified by experience
  • The ability to keep on top of industry trends
  • A keen eye for detail and precision
  • Can work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills on all levels
  • A good knowledge of Health and Safety measures and procedures
To be successful as a Panel and join a refreshing working environment and culture, you will have experience in a similar role or covering similar duties. You will need to be proactive by nature and can act on your own initiative.
