Job Description

  • Run sites kitchen on holiday / sickness / business busy times and ensure the companys reputation for food quality is maintained at all times.
  • Prepare all sites food freshly daily and cooking of menu items
  • Weekly menu writing ensuring seasonal
  • Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts in the location.
  • Stock taking when required.
  • Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.


Qualifications

  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Successful progressive background in catering
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
  • Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
  • Good listening skills
