Job Title: Residential Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Swindon
Working Hours:  38.75 hours per week
Working Environment: Flexible, Hybrid

We are recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor with residential experience to join our client's dynamic team in their Swindon office.

In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across various projects while upholding the practice's high standards and adhering to the RICS code of ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting building surveys and producing detailed reports.
• Managing contract administration and overseeing refurbishment projects.
• Handling Party Wall matters and providing Building Pathology reports.
• Carrying out Reinstatement Cost Assessments and capital expenditure planning.
• Writing specifications for various projects.
• Geographical area - London.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified.
• Proven experience conducting building surveys on residential properties.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Enthusiastic, client-facing, with strong interpersonal and business development skills.
• Strong verbal and numerical abilities, with excellent report writing skills.

Package:

• £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience).
