- The successful candidate will be working in a small but busy office.
- Customer contact over the phone.
- Invoicing
- Computer work using our client stock system.
- Processing orders / servicing items
- Preparing paperwork for export and import
- Picking components for jobs in the factory to be assembled
- Keeping on top and chasing out works orders
- General office administration
- Stock checks
- Needs to have good attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to cope well under pressure.
- Microsoft 365 experience (excel is essential, numbers and to be methodical).
- Must be organized.
