This hybrid position offers the opportunity to facilitate agile practices and drive high-performing teams toward successful project delivery while working three days a week from our Shrivenham office.Candidates must either hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain SC clearance.Role OverviewAs a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in enabling teams to deliver quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as a leader to the wider team, removing impediments and enabling team focus.
Coach teams on Agile principles and foster self-organization.
Support the Product Owner in maintaining a well-groomed backlog.
Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time).
Promote accountability, adaptability, and transparency.
Identify and escalate risks and blockers.
Advocate for agile best practices and organizational adoption.

Requirements

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
2+ years of experience in an Agile environment.
Proficiency with Agile tools (Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps).
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with UK Government projects is advantageous.
Must either be SC or be eligible for SC.
