Our client is a successful regional main contractor with an established reputation across the South of England. Typical projects are New Build between £3m and £15m in value across Commercial and Education sectors. The company is undoubtedly one of the best employers in the construction industry.
Estimator - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced (or Junior ) Estimator to join the
Pre-construction team based from the office in Swindon. You will be responsible for hands on Estimating on a range of tenders across construction sectors. Depending on experience you may have the opportunity to mentor more junior Estimators, but qually the company will look at Trainee Estimators wanting to progress.
Estimator - The Person
- You will have solid Estimating experience with either a national or regional main contractor
- You will ideally have experince on commercial / education tenders
- Demonstrable experience of Estimating on new build projects as part of a pre-construction team
- A good track record of winning tenders on projects with a good level of profitability.
- Commutable to the Swindon office
