Senior Telesales Executive
Role Purpose
It is an exciting time for change at our client as they have re-set their vision and purpose & look to grow and embed new commercial growth streams, in particular, their Recycle growth stream, which is going into its second phase of trial.
In this role, you will own, shape, and develop the telesales capability to grow the Recycle proposition. This is initially a standalone role with potential to expand into a wider telesales function.
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct cold & warm calls to target small businesses and introduce our client's services.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement.
- Schedule appointments for field agents where a direct sale over the phone is not achieved.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the field-based sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skills
- Extensive experience in telesales, selling a service rather than a product.
- Extensive experience securing sales, rather than lead generation.
- Experience working in multiple companies in a telesales capacity.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems or smaller prospect systems.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
