This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation, development, and optimization of two ServiceNow instances – one SaaS-based and one on-premise solution.You will either need to currently hold DV clearance or be eligible and willing to go through the DV clearance application process.Role Overview:As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will play an active role in configuring, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow functionalities across IT and business operations, shaping their ITSM function alongside best practices to support organisation-wide IT growth strategies.The successful candidate will need proven exposure and experience contributing to setting up of ServiceNow, where you will also have support available from our ITSM and tooling team, as well as an external academy.Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CSM and ITIL workflows.
  • Support the integration of ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).
  • Design scalable technical solutions to enhance ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Automate workflows, business rules, and notifications for streamlined operations.
  • Apply ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Develop custom applications, scripts, and integrations to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance for ServiceNow solutions.
  • Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
What We're Looking For:
  • You will either need to currently hold DV clearance or be eligible and willing to go through the DV clearance application process.
  • Proven experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow (CSM & ITIL).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or relevant certification.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS).
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub for seamless integration.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps principles.
