Join an exciting and growing team to help increase revenue and improve customer retention. The role will involve securing new customers and increasing sales revenue from existing ones, while also maintaining excellent customer relationships, enhancing brand awareness, and building the reputation of our client, their products and services, including their exceptional industry expertise and customer support.

Candidates must be tenacious, resourceful, and self-motivated in bringing in new business and handling incoming enquiries. We are looking for someone with real passion and charisma when engaging with customers, and who can effectively demonstrate the many aspects of our software, highlighting its key features and benefits in line with the customer's objectives.

 

 

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and secure new customers and business opportunities.
  • Conduct effective demonstrations of our software to potential and existing customers.
  • Upsell additional modules to existing customers.
  • Follow up on incoming sales leads.
  • Make account management calls to existing customers.
  • Help to reactivate lost or dormant accounts.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Accurately record and update the CRM system with all relevant activity and communications.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and directives.
