TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appointStock Condition Surveyors and Domestic Energy Assessorson a6MONTHcontract startingASAPin/around the Swindonarea to surveyOVER 1100 PROPERTIES.

All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software.

Outside IR35 role
Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - Very Good Rates
Over1100properties to be surveyed -STOCK CON ONLY, STOCK CON AND EPCs and EPCs ONLY.
Properties located in/aroundthe Swindon area.
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties -No access into properties is also PAID.
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
6MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.

Also have contracts in Cardiff, Keynsham, Brentwood, Cambridgeshire, Southeast London, and West London, Gloucester and Plymouth & Exeter - These are Stock Con Only, Stock Con and RdSAP and Stock Con and EPCs.
