The role requires candidates to cover the Swindon area or the Bath/Gloucester area, with a focus on driven individuals.
Compensation for the Stock Condition role varies by property type, with houses earning £29, blocks £32, and flats £21 per survey.
Additionally, combined Stock Condition and EPC surveys pay £50 for houses and £41 for flats, with no access fees.
Candidates should have relevant experience, and the position offers a long-term temporary contract with uncapped earning potential.

I just wanted to reach out as I am on the lookout for a Stock Condition Surveyor/EPC Assessor to work with a well respected organisation. The reason for the role opening up is they are looking to expand their team to 16 and are looking for someone who is determined and driven to join their expanding team.

They are looking for two people to cover the Swindon area and one person to cover the Bath/Gloucester area!

The Stock Condition role will be paid by survey depending on the different type of properties.

Stock Condition:
House (£29)
Block (£32)
Flat (£21)

Stock Condition and EPCs:
House & EPC (£50)
Flat & EPC (£41)
No access fee (£5)

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager
Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
Collate detailed stock condition information
