Telesales Executive - Swindon £28k basic Plus commission OTE £32-£33k +

We are supporting an excellent business recruiting for a Sales Agent to join them on permanent basis in their Swindon office!

This role doesn't involve cold calling as you will be speaking to potential customers who know about the product and is an excellent step into a long-term career!

Role duties:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and discuss products and services on offer that they have initially enquired about
  • Build strong rapport with customers to understand their needs
  • Go through all aspects of the products clearly and sell in the benefits
  • Meet targets
  • Document all customer information
  • Go over and beyond with customer service and customer experience

Experience and skills for the role:

  • Experience isn't necessary as you will be given thorough training for the role
  • Positive personality
  • Resilience due to the fast pace of the role
  • Experience in handling objections and working towards either team or personal target
