Minimum 1-year experience as a Workshop Controller required.
About the role:
As Workshop Controller you will play a key role in planning and organising workflows to ensure maximum utilisation and efficiency of production teams. Working closely with vehicle damage assessment and parts teams, you will strive for customer excellence and strong financial performance.

Highly organised with a detailed understating of repair methods and with a proven track of running bodyshop production teams. You will adopt a collaborative approach with a ‘right-first-time’ focus on repair quality. Your ability to plan and organise workflows will have played a key role in your career development. Previous hands-on technical experience and qualifications is essential.
