I am working with a mainstream primary school in the SN3 area of Swindon who are seeking to appoint a qualified Year 4 Teacher for full-time Teaching role commencing after Easter.

The school is a two-form entry with a well-established senior leadership team. The headteacher is looking for someone who can bring a 'spark' to the classroom. The school placed a huge emphasis on making learning fun and accessible for everyone. The ideal candidate will have a passionate teaching style while ensuring all students are participating and progressing.

The class has 27 students with one student requiring a 1:1 Teaching Assistant and one class support Teaching Assistant who will cover PPA and deliver small group phonics intervention sessions.

The headteacher described the school as a happy place with strong values at it's core. They celebrate kindness and inclusivity while promoting each student taking pride in their manners.
