They're expanding their product offerings and are on the lookout for a talented Refrigeration Engineer to join their thriving team. This new role focuses on the refurbishment of refrigeration systems—perfect for professionals who thrive on hands-on, workshop-based work.

The Workshop Forget fieldwork! This role is based in a modern, fully equipped workshop in Swindon. Enjoy a dedicated break area and kitchen facilities to recharge during the workday. Plus, benefit from ample on-site parking!
Your Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:40am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:40am – 4:10pm (with a 40-minute lunch break)
Your Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and refurbish returned refrigeration systems
- Clean and assess all components thoroughly
- Diagnose faults and replace parts as needed
- Carry out refrigerant recovery, F-Gas certification, and charging tasks
- Document detailed reports on inspections and repairs
- Help develop works instructions for seamless processes
- Test and commission systems for high-performance results
What You'll Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in refrigeration servicing
- FGAS Certification (C&G)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Strong troubleshooting skills and deep system knowledge
- Ability to adapt to new products and technologies quickly
- Confident working solo or collaboratively
